The cloves have sweet, earthy undertones with a hint of molasses and chocolate notes. They are much softer, similar to the texture of a freshly dried fig and lip smacking good to eat right out of the box!
Extremely high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and even may help control blood sugar too!
Slice, mince or mash and add to any recipe that uses fresh garlic. Excellent just added to a salad.
Puree them with oil or smash and smear on steak, chicken or fish and incorporate into condiments or dressings.
Yummy! Store in the pantry and eat them often!
