Shipping Policy

Simply Ghee is located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This means that shipping orders FREE OF CHARGE to locations on the East Coast of the United States is a teeny bit more affordable. 

Due to the increase cost of shipping, we have implemented a new FREE shipping policy for orders coming from states that are WEST of the Mississippi.

Our New “Free Shipping” Policy

  • All orders received EAST of the Mississippi River, totaling $75+ (after discounts, sales incentives, etc.) will receive free shipping.
  • All orders received WEST of the Mississippi River, totaling $125+ (after discounts, sales incentives, etc.) will receive free shipping.
  • Simply Ghee does not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or internationally (but we might in the future!).
Free Shipping Zones for Simply Ghee

Here at Simply Ghee, we ship United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. All online orders need to be accepted at your address. PO Boxes are not eligible. When we pack your order, we’ll determine which method to ship based on the most cost efficient method. Orders usually ship via USPS but larger orders, especially cases, will ship via UPS Ground. You will receive tracking details on your order. 

Most orders are packed within 2-3 business days. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays especially in the warm weather months. During colder weather months we may also opt to ship out on Thursday or Friday.

Simply Ghee is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by UPS or USPS due to weather or other causes that are outside of our control.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
